One of Ansgar Halbfas best received messages is from his lecture about healing smartphone addiction while teaching kids to cook (at home). Being able to prepare a healty meal for themselves, enables students to stay reslilient during harsh times and instills a form of creativity applicable to other areas of life, too. Educational content taught by Ansgar Halbfas also includes an understanding of food qualities and scarcity. Table manners are cherished together, including teachers refraining from using their smartphones at the table.
